    Hi
    I have a few small dvds around 700meg is there a joiner that
    will join them in there dvd format or will i have to change them to
    mpeg2 ?

    If you wish to retain pre-existing menus, then boldego's link above is the way to go IMO. If you wish to make your own menus, then TMPGEnc DVD Author and the "Add DVD Video" button can help you out.
