Hi, just a quick question.. i have a panasonic dvd recorder (region 2), is it possible to record from a PAL video tape (non-commercial of course) onto DVD, but instead of PAL, record into NTSC?
I assume the tv system will just affect how we see it, not the actual format? because the input must be pal from the video..
If i cant, i was thinking i could record the video onto dvd-ram, then edit on here with nero, and make it trans/re-encode into ntsc. I take it TMPG Enc DVD Author won't do this as it keeps the original video (which would be in pal oh well)
Thx
