    Hi all

    I have a film here that has film.avi and film.sub. What apps will convert the avi and also the .sub? I have handled .srt before, but never .sub.

    ps I have The Film Machine but thats busy converting right now, will that do it?

    You haven't told us to which format you'd like to convert. These guides have the requisite know-how; browse them.

    I was going from AVI to DVD, with a .sub file. Its ok, I just found out that The Film Machine does handle them. Thanks!

    Right. But don't you need the payware CinemaCraft Encoder SP for that? I heard it was planning to add QuEnc support; has it?
