more than 1 dvd on a dvd?

i have been given dvds befor with 3 film on at the moment i only know how to put 1 on
but would really like to know how to put 3 on is there a program out there or what?

i had the idea of joining the 3 mpegs and then converting to a video_ts file as at the moment i just convert the 1 to video_ts and burn to dvd
but this would meen i need 3 chapters and a menu but i dont know how to do this

hopefully there is someone out there that knows what i want to do and can help me thanx alot

is there anyway of knowing how big the file will be so that i can make sure it will all fit on one dvd as i dont wnat to waist my time doing it lol

another problem is that i have done everythign you said and have the disk image but it works untill you get 30seconds into the film then it frezes and the sound carrys on but no video what have i done wrong?
