    Does exist any mini / micro system w/ DVD+ a Liquid Cristal Display and TV? I mean a combo mini / micro system like this?

    The closest thing I could find was this at Newegg:

    It doesn't specifically say it has a tuner, but it has a TV/DVD recorder.

    But at that price, I'd buy a cheap laptop (but with a good refresh rate...12ms or less) and an external tuner/capture card.
