Does any of you have ever had a problem like mine bellow?
For now I have tried to convert one big vob file, to a MPEGII one (a DVD NTSC format one), not in pieces, I mean not to two elementary files, but to one only one, choosing the "The CBR MPEG-1 Layer II Audio (MP2)" tmpgenc plus option for audio, which makes we get just on file (System (Video+Audio)) but which wasn't enough for me to get a result, a file, the mpeg-ii that I have said, with a sysnch problem.
Please, I would like to know if any of you at least have ever had a problem like this of mine, before, ever. I have ever thought that those problems could occurs only while we could capture.
sinc.,

How did you convert the VOB to MPG? I dare say sync problem is one of the most common problems in this video world there is, just because the cause can be almost anything.
When "converting" a VOB, the audio and video gets separated for a little while (doesn't matter if you demux to elementary or not) and is then put back together again. If the putting back together isn't done properly, you know what happens...
IMO, it's better to demux to elementary, then mux yourself, with a tool that can mux with "skew".

mux with "skew"? What you mean? That's a tool soft? I will find out. I used the Tmpgenc plus to convert a vob to a MPG. I know that that this option would take me a lot of time, but it's because I already have tried some other things.

If the de-synch is constant, meaning the audio is slightly behind or ahead of the video by the same amount which does not change, then a "skew" factor can move the audio forward or backward to correct the problem.
If the amount of de-synch steadily increases throughout the video, then setting a constant offset, or "skew", won't help.
Try just a demux and remux with no re-encode to see if synch is maintained. Change tools used if necessary to find some that work. Then use same tools with re-encode in the middle.
Add TooLame and SSRC to TMpgenc as audio plugins.
