Forgot Serial Number ...Want to Download New Version

Hello. I forgot my serial number sent to me via email. I went to the svcd2dvd site and filled out the missing serial number request and the serial number hasnt been sent to my email. I checked my spam folders and it isnt there. Am I doing something wrong?

Husbands law mate - you can never find (or recieve) anything until 2 seconds after you embarass yourself by asking the wife (or in this case- us) where something is, or has it come yet.

I have evolved the following method to safeguard serials:

a) I have a notebook (paper) which has a list of software titles, serials, etc.
b) I move e-mails containing serials to a new folder called 'Serials and Keys'. The number is also noted in my book in (a)
c) I also have a file which contains print outs of such e-mails.

I became none the wiser when I lost the booklet for Simcity 3000 game which had the game serial key. Now I have an original disk but no number. Having purchased Simcity 4 Deluxe, this is no big deal but it nevertheless tought me a lesson.
