I'm looking for video software that will help me edit my music videos and maintain the best video/audio quality for social media. Can you recommend something that doesn't cost too much (around 50 euros max)?

Is there any software that can do both video and photo editing?

It depends on what you mean with "photo editing" (usually they're different kind of programs with different sets of tools): GIMP3 is not Photoshop (yet) but it's a huge improvement on previous versions and it's opensource and free.

There are also free opensource program that are excellent for video editing, such Kdenlive (my favourite) and Shotcut.. no need to expend any money in that regard too.

Kdenlive is at par with any other commercial video editing software.. and (as Shotchut) is well developed and maintained too..
