    I have been working on this for days, can't seem to get the firmware I need to CLEAN up my picture. I read a post on the reviews before I bought it and followed what the web site said, but still is not working. Version must be wrong on Sampo site, anyone PLEASE help, or might have this 3.4b version I need,the version listed on it now says...

    I hope you didn't download a US version firmware for a European Player or vice versa. This is very important that you don't mix them - tell me which Player you have and I'll give you the correct link
