Is PNY gold a good brand of cdr's?

I have never used these and would like to know if these are really "gold" or just the label is gold.

I don't know about the gold, but as for the normal PNY discs, I've never had a problem with them. They work great for me.

Thanx gang. Actually their not gold. That's what TigerDirect was listing them as gold, but I guess they were talking about the reflective surface.(benifit of the doubt) It's still mis-leading. Also in one discription it said with sleeves and the other said jewel case. Both were right. Each cd had a sleeve and each 10 cd's were in a big jewel case. I ended up with 100 cd's in sleeves, but prepackaged in 10 big jewel cases. Again mis-leading, but since you guys say they're pretty good, I'll keep them. 100 for $40 + $9s/h for 2 day delivery. Did I bum out or get a deal or about average? Thanx again
