Hello--
When I attempt to check the quality of a DVD, I can run the scan test, but when the Quality test window appears, it logs the details of the recorded disk (date, media, etc.) but the "Start" test button is greyed out.
Can anyone tell me what I'm missing here?
Jeff

That function is not supported for your burner. Supported burners (that I know of) include Lite-on, Benq, NEC and Plextor.

Thank you, Nic2K4, I hadn't considered that, I'm using a Pioneer 108. BUT I have a Lite On I'm going to install, which may solve the problem.
