    can this program convert a dvd to an SVCD ?
    want to make movie into 2 parts, need 2.bin and .cue files
    is this possible with this?

    ffmpegX default is XA .img files. vcdtoolsX will take an ffmpegX created SVCD compliant MPEG file and turn it into a bin/cue pair.
