Hi all. Please, help me making the best possible hook up for my new DVDR, a Philips 615_37 model. The goal is to record my VHS collection, and also some DVD discs. My actual configuration is as follows:
1) Receiver Yamaha 2095. It has a coaxial digital input, assigned to the DVD/LD source position;
2) Tv set Philips with 2 A/V inputs (1 video component and 1 s-video/composite);
3) 1 Dvd player (connections): - component OUT to Tv set component IN;
- coaxial digital OUT to Receiver coaxial digital IN (DVD/LD source position);
- L/R analogic audio OUTS to Receiver L/R analogic INS (DVD/LD source position);
4) VCR1 INS/OUTS to Receiver INS/OUTS (VCR1 source position);
5) VCR2 INS/OUTS to Receiver INS/OUTS (VCR2 source position);
6) Receiver monitor OUT (composite) to TV set (2) monitor IN (composite).
Now, please tell me your opinion to add my DVDR Philips in such a way to be easy when I want to record my VHS collection and some dvd discs.
Thanks a lot in advance
Gustavo (ggarcez@wnetrj.com.br)
