    ok im no newbie here, i use smart ripper, to the HDD, then dvdtoavi to save my project then tmpg then nero to burn.

    now i aint got much HDD space left so i thoguht i would try DVDX, not bad and fast for me.

    o noticed how many macro's it produced! , so i thought i would try useing DVDx as the frameserver to tmpg,

    i have noticed that doing it via frame serving with dvdx to tmpg makes no difference what so ever!, DVDX on its own is exactly the same!

    am i doind something wrong here?

    well try a plugin like Lsx plugin or Cinema Craft Encoder and you will have great looking Mpeg files...i would of suggested Panasonic but it only works for PAL movies but if you are creating a Pal Movie then i suggest you the Panasonic plugin

    ok this is the first time i have used DVDX so ! :\

    where can i get the lsx or that other plugin,, and how to install so dvdx will work?
