I ve just a Nikon D70 from somebody for testing
and i cant found a way to turn on preview before a take a picture.
Do i always look trough the viewer before pushing the button ?

hello. sorry i can't answer your question but i have found it helpful to go a product manufacturer's site and there you are usually able to view the manual for any particular product. don't know, but just a suggestion. also, i am jealous. been wanting to buy one of those for a while. waiting for either the price to go down or the money in my pocket to somehow multiply exponentially. hope this helps.

It's a digital SLR. They don't have LCD screen preview. You look through the viewfinder (and get a much better "view" of the scene than any LCD.
Congratulations on your purchase. I got a D70 about 9 months ago and have been VERY happy with this camera.
