  1. I can do this Effect but I know it's not the best way or the fastest.

    Want to know if someone can tell me how Or tell me where in the manual it shows how.

    Here's the effect,....(Not The Writing) I can do that I only need to know how to do the the Pause...

    Great example clip.

    In vegas, add a velocity envelope to the video track. Add a point where you want the clip to pause. Add another point directly after it. Move the second point down to 0% and left as close to the first point as possible. Add a third and forth point to reverse this and get the action rolling again. It will take some trial and error to get the timing exactly right, but it works well once you understand it.

    The other really simple way to do it (and the way it was done in your example) is to grab the frame you want to freeze on, split your original clip at the point, insert the still frame in between for as long as you need it to be there. Play it back and get motion - pause - motion. Easier to control than velocity envelopes.

  3. Just wanted to say thanks for the post,I didnt forget about this Thread. Just testing.

    I'm still doing some testing,But you were right,I am doing the ( Freeze /Split way). I have about 30 of these to do and well I'm sure you kow how much time that can take.
