  1. Was wondering what brand of Media works best with Pioneer writers. I just got the DVR-A09XL, but I allready found that 8x TDK-R's end up having blocky digital errors at times in playback and at some points even the whole screen turns to small green digital blockyness. I am wondering what brand works best with a Pioneer writer???

  2. Try Ridata or Ritek, mind the spelling, I burn about 500 a week, make sure you use updated and current software, XP sp2 is evil, try alcohol 120%

    I'm new to all this so I'm not sure what "XP sp2" or "alcohol 120%" should be used for. I use DVDdecryptor, DVD rebuilder along with CCEbasic and then burn with Nero or CopytoDVD. Should I constantly be updating all of these programs?? Should I use + or - from Ritek/Ridata???

    Personally, still very fond of MXLRG02 and MXLRG03 media.
    Also good with MCC02RG20 and MCC03RG20 media.
