  1. i just created my first ever VCD today ...after the long hours of process; i guess that's the down side of it along with the extra use of a cd...

i played the VCD just now on my vcd player. it looks okay...not the best...but good enough. however...there's this annoying thing about it. WHY ARE THERE VERTICAL LINES GOING ALONG THE SCREEN?? IT'S VERY ANNOYING! IT LOOKS LIKE THEY'RE SUPPOSE TO BE SOME INVISIBLE LINES (LIKE THOSE OF A COMP MONITOR)...BUT THEY ARE VERY VISIBLE. HOW DO I GET RID OF THESE??? DOES IT HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE SETTINGS WHEN I CONVERTED IT? THOSE NTSC FILM, PAL, ETC?.... i just selected the one the original file was. the original said 23.9 f/s...which is NTSCFILM. so i selected that. although when i was burning it, my burner software said that most tv's don't support this...but i still clicked continue(i just ignored it)... SOMEONE HELP ME OUT...PLSSSSSSSSSSSSS.... IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!

also is there any way of making the video quality better than the original source??

    THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!!

  4. If you've got vertical lines you've got a problem, de-interlace is if they are horizontal. Are you sure their not horizontal ??

  5. actually they are both...vertical and horizontal...i didn't mention the horizontal ones b/c they aren't as annoying...also the movie has got some blockiness...

what should i do to fix all these things??
