Add a menu

I have just created a dvd file using DVD2ONE and using the "join" method. The files plays on the pc no problem but i would now like to add a menu to select which film to watch rather than have to skip through them. How do add a menu with buttons to a completed dvd file with 3 sets of vobs without having to reencode

tmpgenc dvd author, add dvd video and select the folder with the vobs. or dvd-lab and just add the vobs.
