    Try running this exe (http://www.svcd2dvd.com/RemoveMSI.zip) & then reinstalling the latest version.
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
