hello,
I guess i posted in the wrong thread as no one has been able to answer my questions pertaining to pal to ntsc conversion. The thread is here--->

Can some person who has experience with pal dvd to ntsc dvd conversion using tmpgenc plus, dVDindex, and dgpulldown take a look at that thread and answer my questions?
