  1. Hi

I have about 10 AVI files and want to encode and burn them onto a DVD. Could someone please explain how I would go about doing this?

I know how to convert 1 AVI file using WinAVI, but every time i convert an AVI, the .vob files have the same file name, which I thought would cause problems when burning.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Thanks

Two options - convert each file "manually" using a process such as that described in this guide, then author with your favorite authoring software, or continue as you are with WinAVI, and use TMPGEnc DVD Author to author. This will accept multiple VIDEO_TS directories so that you can put more than one file to a DVD. You can even create menus if you wish.
    If in doubt, Google it.
