i have a epson r200 and it says "Delete all print jobs and turn the printer off. Remove any foreign objects from inside the printer. After a few minutes, turn the printer back on" put there is not any forein objects or pager in the way can any one help please

Is the CD printing door properly closed, and no trace of any foreign object?
Try disconnecting the printer altogether, leave for a while, then plug it back on.
Download the SSCSERVE.EXE utility (Google for it) and see what you can do with that.
Just a week or so ago I had an old Stylus 400 come in with its error light flashing and there WAS something in the paper path -- couldn't see anything from outside, but when the case was removed there were two wire paper clips under the feed rollers.
