    Hi,
I'm rather new to the DVD-world so I hope someone will be able to help
    me find my way.
FYI: I use a Sony digital camera for recording and since recently a Plextor 716 DVD-writer for burning.
What I would like to be able to do is create a DVD from my home (holiday) recorded video's.
What I have achieved up till now (using Pinancle - Studio) is making a DVD-compatible MPG file which gives quite good quality when playing back on tv.
Question: Is it possible to create a DVD, not only with DVD-quality but also using menu's etc, .. like a 'real' DVD film.

    I much appreciate any help.

    Regards, Andy

There are tons of guides on the left. There are SO many ways to achieve what you want it almost comes down to individual preferances. Read Read and then Read some more my friend.

OK, here is the short version. You now have your MPG2 that as you say looks great on your TV. You now need to author it. Did you know that Studio will also do that for you?
The function is at the bottom of the tabs when you are in edti mode.
Read your Studio manual to lear to use the authoring functions. It's not hard.

On this forum look under authoring for all the choices for just authoring and in the tools section you can look at all the individual progs there are.
No DVD can withstand the power of DVDShrink along with AnyDVD!
