  1. I have an mpeg file with some substiles that get more out of synch the further you watch the film. The original file was an avi and the subs synch fine but then I converted the avi to mpeg2 and now the subs don't synch right. I deleted the original avi file so there's no way I can re-encode it.

  2. What kind of subs are they? If they are SSA format, you can use Sub Station Alpha's Auto Ramp function to resynch the subtitles.

  5. You can use VobSub Resynch to load them, then save them as SSA subs. Then use my suggestion. If there is a place I can download them, and you give me the exact time the first sub begins and the exact time the last sub begins, I'll give it a shot for you.
