    Help!
While performing my weekly upgrade/updates and cleaning up my files, I've somehow managed to get rid of my Recycle Bin!
Now the only way I can empty the Recycle Bin is to run disc clean up, this is no good...
How can I get the Recycle Bin back in Win2K???
    please help

    TIA!!

  2. Right-click your desktop and go "Arrange icons by..." then "Auto Arrange". Maybe it has just been moved off your desktop boundaries somehow - remember to do that again to deselect auto arrange!

That's all I can suggest - sorry it isn't much.

  4. Go here: http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
    Scroll down to line 64.
Click on the recycle bin restore file.
Click YES, add info to the registry.
    Restart.

  6. Win2k is very close to XP, I think. You should try it anyway.

  7. It's the same registry entry afaik.
Right click, and download the reg thing anyhow.
You can then check your registry to see if the entry should go there or not.
    Modify if necessary.
Or you could spend a couple of days wandering around the MS site for an article on it for Win2k.
