Today I went to walmart and baught a DVD Ripper cd for $6.98 and it's made by cosmi corporation anyone have idea as to what version is on this disc? When you install it you see InstantCopy on windows start menu then when you load it says InstantCopy CD/DVD so is it instantCopy v8 or is it InstantCopy CD/DVD 8? where i'm confused is what version is it CD/DVD or just instantCopy 8? as there is 2 diffrent version but mine doesn't have all kinds of media crap. Just allows ripping of CD's & DVD's or DVD to CD-R.

Usually version numbers are mentioned in the HELP/ABOUT area of the programs, not sure with that one but it's worth a try.

that is true and the version is 8.0.3.8 but there is 2 version's and i'm very confused to what one I have there is InstantCopy v8 & then there's InstantCopy CD/DVD v8 but mine didn't come with all the media crap like the CD/DVD version has. Believe it or not the InstantCopy v8 says it does CD/ DVD's the company that put this cd is called Cosmi Corporation.
