    I have a Mintex 1600 that won't play DVD+RW discs...on this site it does note that it should play them. I tried burning with a couple different programs at different speeds. Any ideas?
    Also, I have a Apex GT2015DV that won't play DVD+R BUT will play DVD+RW...is that how it should be working? Very confusing.

    My Mintek 1600 plays DVD+RW's just fine. The only thing it won't play is a mini-DVD or .wma discs.

    Does it matter what speed I burn at? I've tried 4X and 2.4X to no avail...I DO get it to load sometimes but it doesn't read well....

    I'm still living in the dark ages, my burner only does 2.4X.

    yeah..well I've burned at 2.4 and it still won't play in the Mintek...can't figure that one out if yours does...hmmmm
