Nero Express 6 doubt

hi all,
I use Nero express 6. How can i copy entire disc with one drive only? Is it possible? If this doubt seems silly pardon me. I am very new here.

if is a commercial dvd NO, you have to use dvd decrypter, shrink or something like that to rip the disc first.

if is just a cd or non-commercial dvd, just select source and target the same drive
