Hi!
I have a DVD philips 630.
For some reason I cant get this player to recognize subtitle files when recording them in princo dvds! Instead of showing me the subtitle icon, appears a red question mark icon!
I don’t know if the problem is with princo media or with the dvd! If I record the subtitle files in a CD or DVD+R it works perfectly!

I also have problem reading PRINCO media DVD-R in philips Internal DVD-RW converted to external. The external (converted) drive couldn't read/recognise the DVD-R written by my friend using dvd shrink + nero (media is PRINCO). Same dvd can be played in my (stand alone) dvd player. Other DVD reader (internal) can read it. Why can't my drive read this DVD? Once it was able to read and I started DVD copy using nero. But it gave error after reading about 60% of DVD. Why is it happening?
