...requires only one minute to recharge 80 percent of its capacity...And I mispelled the thread topic. Can someone correct that for me? I do that sometimes...... it loses only one percent of its capacity each 1,000 times it is recharged and discharged.

Have you tried searching the internet for a free spell checker for your browser. I'd be lost without one.

I believe it / they said the batteries did charge quicker, but also had a tendency to discharge even quicker then normal batteries of the same capasity <-hows that for spelling? :P

I believe new battery technology will be developing slower in the coming years, shouldnt expect another big leap like the one the Lithium batts gave us (both capacity and lifespan and wEight). I believe the bigger improvements will most likely come in the form of fuelcells using for example methan-alcohol to generate power. Nokia started working on it in August2004 i think, but has as of now cancelled the program. Toshiba and a some others continue their fuelcell programs, and Nokia is keeping that door open for when the technology matures more.

I dont think theres a combustion, LoL, but there will be a device exposing the metan-alcohol to air in some way. All i know about it i read in a non-technical article in a newspaper, could very well be very wrong.
