I use the media player to view an asf stream from a web
cam. The asf file is in a protected folder and the
mediaplayer keeps prompting me for a username and
password. how do I do this so that when someone views the
stream via the website they do not get prompted?
I use the mediplayer plugin code to display the
mediaplayer in the browser.
Can I set some properties to make the username and
password available for the media player.
The webserver is on a web cam. the authentication is a normal BASIC authentication. Probably it is a apache web server.
