    Is there any software that displays the length of the audio and the video, matches them up and tells u which bits in the movie the sound isnt in line with the video which i basically mean out of sync..

    No, it isn't.

    To do so the way you're thinking would require that the software "understands" what's going on in the picture & sound.
    (e.g. "this spy puts a bomb in the trunk of a car, but it blows up on him" should match with "tic...tic..tic..HUH?..BLAMMM!)
    This kind of fuzzy pattern matching and AI is WAYYY down the road.
