i have the NEC 2500a and today i wanted to burn something but it's dual layer.
Do i need a "dual layer" burner to burn a DL disc?
Im asking because i've read several things that lead me to believe FIRMWARE can ENable burners to become DL burners.
I read something like that on this site and also on the Benq website, where they were saying by updating their firmware a certain drive of theirs will be able to burn DL.
I dont want to waste $60 bucks on something new when i dont need it. If i do need 1, anyone want to buy a PERFECT Nec 2500a?
