Hi
I use WinDVR3 to capture VHS and the tape i had from a friend was from a film recorded fom a DV camera and now when i capture with PAL i get dropped frames on playback and if its NTSC its fine.VHS tapes that were recorded from tv are fine with PAL but tapes those that were recorded with DV they drop frames on playback and during recording.I stay in a PAL country.
Is there anything i should do?
Clive
