Friends Episode Conversion

Hi All

Was wondering if anyone can help me with this problem, been downloading the latest series of friends, which i have then been converting with TMPGENC.

However i now want to compress these files back down to the size they were when i downloaded them, most of them being around 90MB.

I have been trying to use VirtualDub, but the seem to not beable to get them any smaller.

Any help would be much appreciated

Wow I can't beileive it someones doing what i just did a few weeks ago, well kind ofI downloaded this seasons episodes 1-17. I downloaded and went out of my video card to vcr these tapes(1-16 on one tape) were for my wife to catch up on the series howerever she didn't recall the episodes she saw already so I downloaded all of them.ALright enough about me I came here to answer your question, I am however confused what happened to the original downloade episodes please tell me you didn't delete them.there is a guide to convert vcd to divx/avi is that what you want.If your having problems try compresiing it with diffrent levels you know expirement. Don't know if this helped but that guide looks like you could do it .

Thanks, ill read through the guide and see what i can come up with, unfortunately i did delete the original downloads.

Well that stinks that you just deleted them. next time just burn them as a dat file onto cds you should be able to get a few episodes on a disc and no converting time either just when you want to watch them again.

I can't believe it. Not one, but two freaks actually admitting to not only watching that show (I can't even type it without convulsing), but actually archiving it for posterity! Humans are odd.
