    A friend of mine has a Sony TRV50 camcorder. He told me that he can only transfer AVI files into premiere and they are very large. He said he could not find an option to transfer DV files. Is there a way to do this?

    All DV video camera transfer only DV file with AVI extention. Filesize is about 13gig per 1 hr of video.
