    Ok I have this divx that's 23.97 framerate and 576 X 304
    what what be the best way to get this to vcd, xvcd or svcd ntsc with the highest quailty?

    You'll kikeky get higher quality by using SVCD rather than VCD But I usually like to go by the time of the movie.If it's under 80 minutes then VCD, if over than SVCD only because I don't like having to change discs in the middle of a movie when all the action is going on. Just remember to use (X)(S)VCD(Film)
