    I just used TMPGEnc and now I have 2 output files...a .m2v and a .mp2. I cannot find a guide on how to burn these in a DVD format?

    Also, which tool would make it able for me to build and insert a menu with multiple of these files???

    DVDLab, ReJig, the list goes on, and on, and on...
    Look in the tools section under "Authoring".
