    Iīm going to convert Div x to XVCD, but I donīt know if the Div x movie is PAL 25frames, NTSC 29, 23 Frames. Is there any program for this?

    Last time i Converted divX the film made tiny pauses just like doing the wrong conversion NTSC --> PAL

    Open the movie in VirtualDub(www.virtualdub.org). Then go to file->file information.
