Does your PC slow down at times for no apparent reason? Your CPU might be overheating.
Although unexplained system slow-down can have a variety of different causes, one that is particularly common and difficult to detect is CPU Thermal Management Throttling due to overheating. ThrottleWatch detects this activity and displays it in an easy-to-understand graphical interface.

This tool checks specifically if your CPU is scaling back due to overheating. You only need to run it for a short period of time to find out if this condition exists on your PC. MBM5 can't tell you that, but it is great at long term monitoring of power, CPU utilization, and temperature.
