what happens when you try to make a vcd and the dvd has multiple angles? Or what is it is interactive?

It depends.

If you use SmartRipper on movie mode, then you will just get one of the angles.

This is the same if you use DVD Decrypter with FlaskMPEG.

If you don't use something that can correctly parse the IFO (for movies with multiangles or seamless branching), then you may end up with repeated scenes when you convert it.
