DVD Decrypter or SmartRipper - the best all around and free.

Honestly, I think I'd just perfer DVD Shrink as it does a hell of a job, exp when used with AnyDVD.
However, if #1 DVD follows suite with #1 CD Ripper it might be very good, as their cd ripper is killer in my opinion.

I have used #1 DVD Ripper for awhile and the results that I have gotten video wise are great , it just seems that about every 4th or 5th movie I do it has audio sync probs, have no explanation for it yet. But I can tell you that the program that has worked every single time is XMPEG. I have used just about every DVD to Divx prog and found this one to be the only one that gave me the results that I wanted. Keep in mind "to each his own" and results depend on system processor, memory and overall sys config. Just my 2 cents!!
