Bender187, Do you know what type of mpeg you have? Is it mpeg1 or mpeg2, frame rates, resolution or other info? Read "How to author" a VCD or SVCD on the left along with the "What is" VCD or SVCD section to determine (1) the mpeg file type (2) how to author it on to VCD or SVCD. If frame rates and other don't match up to standards you may need to convert it so it will. Check the file specifics first. Get back to the forum to ask re converting to standard mpeg. Or vjust burn the mpg on to an 80 min CD-R and play it with Windows Media player.
So many choices, so much learning to do!

  3. Did you know that you can burn 720 Mbs on a normal CD if you burn it as a VCD as VCDs don't have error correction? I do it every time! Just make sure that the mpeg is VCD standard and that it does not exceed 76 mins. (You can even overburn a CD you see).
