    i looked up some info on the founder of that company as the name sounded familier ... Peter Toth ...

    it is -- he has been wacking out patents left and right on encryption and antipiracy , as well as video compression ....

    and he has JUST filed some new patents on encryption and such ... to prevent copying dvd's ....
