Guys,
Ive got a DVD Disc here in which DVDInfoPro cant seem to display the Manufacturer ID. When Im using my Lite-on 411s drive with DVDInfoPro, the disc is identified with a 4x write descriptor. But when I use my Lite-on 1633s, it only displays a 2x write descriptor. Both drives are with the latest firmware.
Just wondering how this was possible.Any take on this?
Thanks in advance.
BTW. I have already placed checks on the 4x write speed using Omnipatcher for all of the known manufacturer discs which can be found on the firmware. And still im unable to write at 4x using my 1633s...unlike when i use my 411s.
Speedhacking details can be found on http://codeguys.rpc1.org if you are not familiar with it.
