    Hi, I'm making Svcds n I wonder if I could make them with surround sound...I f so, how to do it??? If i can't, how can i get the best quality of sound as possible???

    Dolby Pro Logic is the best you can get. I personally would use the Azid-SSRC-toolame method. Check out http://www.doom9.net and see his "audio related" gudies.
