    i have a avi file and i want to convert it to dvd and have multiple switchable subtitltes. What is the best way to do this?

    convert to dvd with tmpgenc or mainconcept mpeg encoder and author with dvd-lab pro or dvdauthorgui or ulead dvd workshop.
    or
    svcd2dvd (also avi2dvd), thefilmmachine, all-in-one solutions

    best...i don't know...it depends if you want best quality or best as in easiest.

    i know how to easly convert the avi to dvd but i need to knwo how to put multiple subtitles on to the dvd

    thank you but those are all for multiple audio streams i want multiple subtitles 1 audio stream. can i use dvd-lab do do this?

    i figured an easy way to do this.
    1. use tmpgenc to encode it
    2. then use dvdauthorgui to make the dvd because it can have multiple subtitles.

    but if dvdlab is much better then let me know

  7. That's one way. DVDLab is another.
    You still have to use tmpgenc or other encoder to encode the video.
