  1. For instance, like when you go to a music artist's website & he's got a video for his latest release, but it doesn't have the "save target as" option when you right-click, you can only click on it & (seemingly) view it from their site without dl'ing it directly. I want to get a a couple videos that happen to be in Apple Quicktime & Real Media format, and I can't figure a way to dl them.

  2. Thanks for the tip, but I'm still having a hard time figuring where they have the actual file on their site. Maybe its because this is something new for me, but I can't quite find it.

If its not against any rules here, I'd appreciate if someone could go to the site itself & tell me what I'm doing wrong...

...I'm trying to get the first video (the smaller one on top). I've already tried viewing the source, and it looks to me like the file should be at...

    http://www.rodrec.com/videos/rod_clip_ram.ram

...which, when I click go there it goes to...

    http://www.rodrec.com/videos/rod_gonzalez_clip_hi.rm

...but then it tells me the link may be outdated. What am I doing wrong here??

You might try checking your browser cache. I've found rm files there after watching them streamed online.

If you can't find the file in your cache, run Camstudio. It captures anything on your desktop, including video, in a movable resizable window, and saves it as AVI
