  1. I tried to convert a movie with TMPGenc v. 2.01

The final result was audio was fine, however, video did not appear. Please tell me whats wrong, or maybe which codec i need to install

DIVX codec v. 4 is already installed

file is in .avi, possibly DIVX

ANY help is much appreciated. Thank you.

  2. Ive had this problem before. Before anything, always preview the movie in tmpgenc to see if video appears.Im guessing that tmpgenc just didnt encode video. But to solve this problem.reencode the avi file(i reencode to divx),then encode it with tmpgenc,im sure that will work.

  4. You open it up in VDUB,then save it as an .avi file.It should now open up in Tmpgenc.Or you can (as I just read on another post) open it up in vdub, save the audio as .wav then save the video. Then open the video file in tmpgenc, select the .wav file you created, and hit encode (witht the proper VCD template).
If tmpgenc still wont show you video (in preview),reencode the movie in divx. (in vdub, video, then compression). Then click sav as .avi . once that's done, open it up in tmpenc.

    For VCDsMakeMoney,

How do you save the original avi in VDub as only a video file (and no audio)? I know u can save the audio file directly using "save WAV" option but how to get the "save video only" option??
